Short-Term English Language Program in Malaysia (Online): Experiencing Malaysian Culture

On Saturday, February 19, 4 participants of the short-term English language program took part in an online tour of Malaysia offered by H.I.S, a travel agency. During the tour, participants enjoyed livestreaming from the streets of Georgetown, where the University of Science, Malaysia is located. In the second half of the event, participants made "Nasi Goreng" under the guidance of the local staff and ate it together.

As this is an English Language Program, all the contents were delivered in English. Participants commented, "It was my first time to join a tour online, but the tour of Georgetown was different from watching TV! I felt like I was actually walking the street." and "Since I live in my parents' house, I had to make a lot for my family, but I was happy that they enjoyed the taste."
