Class Exchange with Students from the University of Wisconsin, USA (1st Quarter, 2023-2024)(Saturday, April 29)

On April 29, 2023, 21 Ibaraki University students (including 10 exchange students) taking the "Japanese Pop Culture A" class and 4 students studying Japanese at the University of Wisconsin (USA) exchanged through online communication.

In the first half of the meeting, Ibaraki University students taking "Japanese Pop Culture A" shared their plans for the class project with the students from the University of Wisconsin, who in turn provided comments. The project will involve fieldwork on Japanese pop culture, which will be compiled into an online article.
It seemed to be a meaningful opportunity as the students were able to obtain comments from different perspectives.

In the second half of the meeting,students from the University of Wisconsin facilitated a discussion on their interest.
