Japanese field study A Kado experience(Wednesday, April 19 and 26)

On April 19th and 26th, 2023, students experienced Kado (Japanese traditional flower arrangement) as part of the class in Japanese Field Study A. 21 international students participated.
Ms. Segawa, a first-class Iemoto professor of the Ohara School of Ikebana, gave a lecture on the history, mindset, and tools used in the ikebana. International students had researched about ikebana in advance and experienced Japanese culture by actually arranging flowers on the day of the event.
