Online Okonomiyaki Making Workshop & Information Session on Ibaraki University Student Exchange Program(Sunday, May 14)

An online okonomiyaki making workshop was held on Sunday, May 14. 34 students, staff, and faculty members of our partner institutions participated in the workshop on Zoom. Participants prepared the ingredients and utensils for making okonomiyaki by themselves in advance, and cooked okonomiyaki together under the guidance of the staff member from the Center for Global Education.

An information session on Ibaraki University Student Exchange Program followed the workshop. After the introduction of the program, current exchange students shared their experiences with the participants in breakout rooms. Our staff and faculty members also answered questions from the participants.
