"Regional Project-Based Learning Crossover Faculties IV" class has begun!
The General Education Class "Regional Project-Based Learning Crossover Faculties IV" taught by faculty members of the the Center for Global Engagement has started again this academic year. In this class, with the cooperation of Hitachinaka City, Hitachinaka International Association, and Nihongo Class Run Run, students learn about the issues of multicultural community and think about what they can do for multicultural coexistence as a member of the community.
This year, seven first-year students of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, seven first-year students of the School of Collaborative Regional Innovation, and two exchange students are taking the course.
In the first class on Wednesday, May 8, we invited Ms. Miyako Senba, Director of Hitachinaka International Association, to talk about how foreign residents and local residents enjoy working together.
From now, we plan to conduct activities with volunteers and learners of Nihongo Class Run Run!
