Cooperation with Hitachi-Omiya City Citizen's University Lecture(Wednesday,December 25)

The "Hitachi-Omiya City Citizen University Lecture" for 27 elementary and junior high school students living in Hitachi-Omiya City was held at Mito Campus, Ibaraki University on December 25. As part of the lecture, seven exchange students from Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Korea, and Taiwan introduced greetings and traditional games from their countries.

During the session, the participants practiced saying "hello" and "thank you" from each country, and also played the Thai game เป่ากบ (pao kop: blow a frog) with rubber bands, the Taiwanese tempo game, and the Vietnamese version of Daruma-san ga Korodera. International students participated in each game, and it was impressive to see both the international students and the children enjoying themselves.
We look forward to seeing them develop an interest in Ibaraki University's international exchange and attend Ibaraki University in the future (^^♪).
