the Center for Global Engagement gives you opportunities to try international exchange on Ibaraki University’s campus, without studying abroad.

Ibaraki University Center for Global Education puts a lot of effort into Global cooperative education, to develop students’ skills in co-production to work with people from various backgrounds. Students from different countries and different culture study, discuss and work in a group on projects together at the Ibaraki University to strengthen their communication skills, mutual understanding and practical English skills.

We have Intercultural Co-learning Couse available in General Education Courses, Course of Project Based Learning about community across 5 departments, Global English Program course for exchange students and International Students from undergraduate from partner schools to study with Japanese students.
