International Exchange Camp(Saturday,June 1 - Sunday, June 2)

On Saturday, June 1 and Sunday, June 2, an international exchange camp, which had not been held for a long time due to the spread of the COVID-19, was held at Sashima Nature House for Children for the first time in five years.

A total of 82 Japanese and international students from the Mito, Hitachi, and Ami campuses participated. Activities at the camp included orienteering, international sports festival, fireworks, fan making, and outdoor cooking.

Students who participated in the camp commented, “I made a lot of friends and had a great two days. I am glad I participated!” (Japanese student), and “It was a lot of fun to interact with international and Japanese students and learn about each other's culture and customs.” (international student).
